Operations coordinator - three month role

Would you like a summer stint as an Operations Coordinator at our Minworth Hub?

We have an opening for three months. This job could become permanent but it's not guaranteed.

Salary is £10.92ph for a 45 hour week. Shifts are nine hours between 6am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a super place to work. Busy, interesting, freindly. We won Pallet Network of the Year in 2019. It's an office-based role, customer-focused and busy.

Your duties will include:

• Dealing with customer queries by phone
• Maintinaing a good relationship with our Partner companies
• Managing data input and administration
• Dealing with any queries or issues promptly

You'll need:

• Great communication skills
• Basic to intermediate IT skills in Microsoft software
• Organisation and excellent attention to detail 
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with mult-tasking
