About the Operations Controller role at TPN

The Operations Controller role is instrumental in the efficient running of our night operation, using data and information to help ensure the shift runs to optimum levels.  

You will need to have excellent communication skills, be competent in data analysis and have knowledge of cross dock warehouse operations.  

• Collating and analysing KPIs
• Monitor and review quality and productivity using data available
• Proactively communicate with our customers
• Support Team Leaders in managing their teams by providing information
• Provide an effective shift handover report
• Support the team to organise, plan, develop and utilise resource
• Compiling of incident paperwork
• Be proactive in identifying potential problems and communicate to the relevant Manager/Team/Customer as early as possible
• Review data to alleviate saturation areas
• Monitoring the Time and Attendance system

The role is 45 hours per week and requires shift work based on a 2 week rotation. Nine-hour shifts are worked between 7pm to 7am and usual patterns are 7pm to 4am and 10pm to 7am.
