We need another customer service coordinator, with great people skills, organisation and communication and account management skills. TPN is the UK’s leading pallet network, based at Minworth, Sutton Coldfield – and excellent service is at the heart of what we do.
In this role, you’ll investigate and resolve escalated queries from our customers, produce and monitor KPI reports, and be a central point for Member communication. You’ll look after our new Members and be responsible for account management. You’ll also co-ordinate our annual events.
The role is pivotal to all departments, collating and providing information to various areas, so you will need to have excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
Having some experience of the logistics industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Hours of work are 45 per week Monday to Friday.
