Class 1 driver night trunking at Dagenham

Our Dagenham depot is growing fast and we need more skilled Class 1 (C+E) drivers for our night shift.

You will be responsible for the safe collection and delivery of TPN trunk trailers from Dagenham to the TPN Minworth hub. You'll also do other driving jobs as required.

Duties include:

• Ensuring vehicles are operated in accordance with legal and company requirements
• Observing current health and safety regulations and company procedures
• Delivering goods in a safe and secure manner and condition
• Keeping your vehicle ship-shape
• Collecting and delivering trunk freight
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Confirming deliveries electronically

You'll need the follwing to be eligible for this job:

• The correct category on driving licence
• No more than 6 penalty points
• A valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/ Driver CPC
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Physical fitness due to the nature of the role
• Fluency in English as you'll be in frequent contact with colleagues and customers
• Initiative and flexibility
